Our people are among the most talented in the industry. It would be our pleasure to put our extensive experience to work for you.
          Chef  Frank  Sullivan has over 35 years of experience in some of the most exclusive restaurants in the metropolitan area. These include The Water Club,The Harvard Club, Windows on the World, The Tavern on the Green, The Garden City Hotel, Rusty Staubs on 5th, The  Engineers Club and The North Hills Club. Chef Frank has been serving the Peninsula with pride for many years.
        Chef Brian has over 25 years of culinary experience. He has held positions withThe Inter Continental Hotel Bahrain, The M/V Princess, M/V Cunard Crown Dynasty, Sheraton Hotel Bahrain and The Roxbury Barn.  Chef  Brian has been part of  our team at Classic Cuisine since 2004. Chef Brians

        Event Coordinator  Kathy Bishop has over  thirty years of experience in the Catering and Restaurant  Industry.  This includes Manager for The Country Heart Cooking (The Coffee Shop) , Breezy Point, NY. Owner of The Erie Station House  & The Beachcomber Restaurants along with K& B Custom Catering (Avon, NY)  Owner of Vic's Three Bridges Inn (Waterport, NY) & Spratt Hall Beach Club in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Kathy's many years of experience will insure that your event ...small or large, will be given 100% attention from start to finish!
